职位描述

In the role as Commercial Activity Leader, you are responsible for leading the development of efficient and effective multichannel commercial activities throughout the year, to drive traffic, maximize sales, profit and ensure vitality in the stores.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of selling commercial activities, specifically to optimize the commercial calendar development process 
  • Contribute to the development of Commercial Calendar through providing overall plan for local events and Selling specific Commercial Activities 
  • Evaluate the performance of Selling related activities during and after execution in order to identify improvement areas
  • Measure performance through on time and complete process management of the commercial calendar, 
  • including alignment with messaging calendar and supply, and contribution of promotional events to overall growth goals
  • Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to the Selling agenda in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture) 
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

 

Requirements:

  • You have ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of Commercial as an integrated part of the business. 
  • Furthermore, you have strong ability to lead while communicating in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice as well as ability to take a holistic view of a global organisation and identify business opportunities accordingly. 
  • You have ability to prioritise and make decisions with speed and simplicity as well as ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings.
