职位描述
Job Summary
1. Develop positive relationships with existing and potential mold release agents’ customers in China.
与现有和潜在的脱模剂的中国客户建立积极的关系;
2. Communicate market information with Sales Director and Product Manager to improve product development and marketing strategies for release agent markets.
与销售总监和产品经理沟通市场信息,改进产品开发和销售策略;
3. Look after Luffchem interests in China market. This includes managing and supporting existing agents and distributors.
关注Luffchem在中国市场的利益. 这包括管理和支持现有代理和分销商;
4. Maximise the trading profit and growth of Luffchem by meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Responsible for direct sales to key accounts.

5. Work closely with Sales Director and Product Manager to introduce new product technology into China markets.

Qualifications and Requirements
1. chemical, science or engineering degree from a reputable University is preferred.
化学、科学或工程学位优先;
2. At least three years of working experience in supervisory position with in-depth knowledge of technical sales and marketing strategies in PU industry.
三年以上管理岗位工作经验,对PU行业的技术销售和营销策略有深入的了解;
3. Ability to work with and/or delegate to all levels and all functional organizational groups within the corporation.
能夠与组织中不同职能的单位合作並有效分配任务;
4. A team player.
具有团队合作精神;
5. Must be able to juggle many priorities, showing motivation and initiative.
必须能够兼顾许多优先事项,表现积极性和主动性;
6. Ability to speak English is an advantage.
