职位描述

Responsibilities:
?Create the product - account strategy, together with internal, external stakeholders and regional Account Managers, to build a credible and productive longer term relationship with the customer base of the commodity.
?Develop, coordinate and implement the regional account plan across products, including: new business development technical road mapping together with Advanced Engineering, tailored value proposition, negotiation strategy, planned turnover, margin, EBIT, cost and sales forecasting
?Act as first and main contact for the local Account Managers within Inalfa
?Secure future business in home region and assist other regional AM’s for the strategic account at approved margins and cash flows set by our Inalfa top management with a global perspective
?Overlook all activities within Inalfa for the strategic sunroof commodity to protect the agreed contribution margin over the lifetime of a program (from quote phase to program development, production phase, End of Production and service) and follow up if appropriate.
?Play an active role in the strategic planning process of our company by giving: qualified outlooks into the future on market development, customer strategies, technical directions as leading information for Inalfa’s strategy setting quantified outlook in the future on volumes and expected margin (road mapping)
?Lead the deployment of the defined China account strategy, provide functional leadership and participate in (mid) year reviews of account managers in the China. Support deployment activities in other regions
?Act internally as center of competence and know how on the strategic account, providing the Inalfa organization with the necessary information
?Manages Commercial and technical customer relations in such a way that customers are satisfied with Inalfa and that customers see Inalfa as a strategic partner for the foreseeable future. The Account Executive is the voice of the customer into our internal organization, with responsibility to report also any dissatisfaction in any other discipline and to assist Inalfa functional groups (Operations, Engineering, Quality, etc. ) in improving these relations.
?Bonus targets for the Account Executive will be defined with a regional and/or global view and linked to the agreed objectives per strategic account.
Requirements:
?University degree in Business Management or Engineering
?Communication skills: being a representative outwards for IRS. Have a sensitive radar receiving, understanding and translating customer and market signals in a structured way. Able to communicate mission, vision, unique selling points in a clear and concise way. Ability to work in multicultural teams and with multicultural customers
?Leadership: being the example for the regional account support team, living the values of the company
?Assertiveness: is assertive and self-confident in building b2b relations. Shows initiative and determination in developing new business leads
?Persistency: able to maintain and implement pre-agreed sales strategies, facing customer pressure and/or unforeseen situations; can stand the pressure
?Business understanding: good understanding of the market, value chain, product, customer, competition to create best possible value proposition (product/price/performance/position). Creating a win-win situation for all parties. Assesses customer behavior and situations to decide on maximum possible results
?Consistent way of working: radiate confidence by being consistent in the way of working. Focused on longer term results instead of quick wins
?Strong background in business development
?Experienced manager in a multi-national environment
?Good understanding of the automotive business
?Fluent in English and main customer language
?Well balanced between strategically thinking and operational sales activities
