Job Description
·？？？？？？ Responsible for managing the overall PAO-EOL31 team performance and competence
·？？？？？？ Responsible for working with PAO-DIS engineering and product management for optimizing the product for the market in China
·？？？？？？ Support project management for the delivery of the solutions both on time and to forecast project margins
·？？？？？？ Working together with the sales team for customer relationship management
o？？ Relationship management at all relevant levels at the customer
o？？ Drive quality standards of deliverables
o？？ Demonstrate technical overview and capability
Qualifications
- Ability to lead and motivate team, develop trust and openness and take care emotional safety
- Ability to develop the team competence and improve efficiency
- Deep technical understanding in Vehicle Diagnostics and Cloud-based diagnostics relevant IT knowledge
- Ability to manage the customer technical service？
- Attitude to think in solutions in a technical and organizational manner
- Good experience in OEM project in different methods. Open minded to use what fits best in the customer environment？
- Familiar with car diagnostic communication protocols (KWP200, ISO14230, ISO15765, J1939 and ISO14229) knowledge is preferred.
- Familiar with C or C# or Java language programming
- Familiar with database theory, be able to carry out database design and data conversion.
- Understand the software development process, such as CMMI or Agile development methods.
- Good communication and presentation skills, good team spirit, a strong initiative to learn new knowledge
- Team leading experience
