岗位职责：

1）负责结构刚度/强度方面CAE分析;

2）负责结构疲劳CAE模拟分析，改进结构疲劳寿命;

3）负责产品结构的优化设计。

4）编写分析报告和建立相关的分析流程、分析规范。

岗位要求：

1）本科及以上学历，机械、力学等相关专业具有2年以上结构刚度/强度有限元分析工作经验;

2）有结构疲劳CAE分析、优化设计方面工作经验者优先；

3）具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力，肯钻研；

4）作积极主动，责任感强，有团队精神。

5)熟悉有限元技术、力学基础扎实，口头、书面表达能力强，思路清晰，英语水平良好；

6)熟练使用Hypermesh前处理，至少掌握Abaqus、Nastran、Optistruct、Radioss、Ls-Dyna、Adams等分析软件的一种；

7)高效的学习能力，能够快速掌握工作相关的新知识及新技术；

8)具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通交往能力；

9)热爱汽车行业，愿意在公司长期稳定发展。
