? Proven training in Project Administration or equivalent
? Minimum 3 years of experience from administrative work
? Proven experience of working with administrative tools such as Basware, MS Office, MS Project, Intranet
? Proven experience of working accounting- and cost follow up tools
? Multicultural experience

? Manage meeting planning and invitations such as taking minutes, manage distribution lists, manage review of invoices, coordinate travels ? Assemble and run information publishing according to communication plan
? Secure compliance with working methods and agreed routines
? Investigate and provide support for decisions
? Provide general project support within areas of planning, report on progress, analyse data, and documentation
? Support Project Manager with cost management
? Support with documentation structure
? Work across functions within the market
