职位描述
Key Responsibilities
- Identify appropriate learning and organizational needs according to business direction and formulate and implement yearly learning and development plan
- Create and continuously improve the designs of different learning and development programs and effectively adapt it to deploy to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and facilitate post-training application with program stakeholders. Consult regularly with Senior Management
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust program based on the objectives and evaluation. Assist manager to coach the team in providing advices and applying diverse approaches to help participants learn effectively
- Analyze the overall post training reports and develop actions based on the analysis
- Assist to set the benchmark in evaluating instructor performance. Provide feedback and coaching to external consultants and in-house trainers
- Maintain a solid in-house trainer/consultant management process. Build up professional network and maintain relationships with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions
- Deliver in-classroom training and TTT other internal trainers
- Follow HO’s talent review process to carry out China’s talent review and set up talent pool
Set up succession plan for all key positions. And develop leadership development tool kits or resources (such as IDP etc.) to enable the successors to be ready to promote
Be consultant of management/department managers/talent staff’s on talent’s individual development opportunities/actions
Support and lead on specific talent development projects/programs
Publicize corporation culture, provide practical suggestions for company from the point of view of corporate culture
Arrange various team-building activities for employees
Provides other duties as direct
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years working in training function – ideally with 5+ years at a manager role. 5+ years working experience on people development.
Qualified to degree or certificates approved by accredited training institutes.
Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences.
Experience in a multi-site/global environment.
Experience of working with different functions.
Experience developing and managing the development of training programs (Learning/Development related a distinct advantage).
A track record of success at developing, managing, and integrating talent solutions across various functional disciplines in partnership with other HR functional leaders.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Coaching, delegation experience.
10. Faculty in program management, talent engagement and retention, performance criteria and measurement, succession planning, talent reviews, and change management.
