职责描述：

? Provide China local entity financial and accounting support

? 为中国本地的经营机构提供财务和会计支持

? Review and develop effective accounting and operational control as well as procedure on costing, inventory, operation, and financial management

? 审评和制定有效的会计和经营管理控制法则，以及成本核算、存货、运营及财务管理的相关制度

? Responsible for hand-on month end account closing

? 负责亲自完成月末会计结算

? Ensure accurate management and statutory reporting in compliance with local requirements

? 确保根据本地法规的要求实现准确的会计管理，依法进行财务报告

? Responsible for inter-company charges and reconciliation

? 负责公司内部的收费及对帐

? Meet group and area reporting deadlines;

? 严格遵循集团和地区关于报告截止时间的规定

? Ensure all accounting elements and business transactions of the company are correctly, completely, accurately and timely recorded and valued;

? 确保公司的所有会计元素和业务交易得到准确、完整、及时的记录和计价；

? Develop and execute accounting systems and processes in accordance with internal control management needs;

? 根据内部控制管理要求，开发并执行相应的会计体系和相关程序；

? Ensure integrity of all critical financial records and related supporting documents;

? 确保所有重要的财务记录和相关支持文件的真实性和完整性

? Perform accounting activities covering G/L, inventory, and cost accounting

? 实施G/L、存货和成本会计等各个方面的会计活动

? Conduct monthly accounts reconciliation and project accounting;

? 实施按月对帐和项目核算

? Perform, monthly and annually closings on ERP system with all requested reports;

? 按要求出具所有相关的报告，利用ERP系统实月度和年度结算；

? Collaborate with the external auditors for annual auditing;

? 与外部审计员开展协作，共同完成年度审计；

? Ensure proper assets management in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

? 确保根据IFRS和本地的GAAP合理实施资产管理

? Assist in monthly financial reporting in Magnitude

? 支持重大事项的月度财务汇报

? Support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

? 全力支持公司的政策、规程、任务、价值观，以及道德标准和企业诚信

? Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

? 为旨在强化部门工作流程的新规程和新制度的制定和执行提供支持

? Support implementation of internal control processes

? 支持内部控制流程的推行

? Supports finance related ad hoc projects

? 支持涉及财务工作的临时项目

任职要求：

? Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Accounting related field and significant related work experience

? 拥有财务/会计相关专业的学士学位，并具备与本职位密切相关的工作经验

? +5 years accounting experience,work experience in MNC or CPA firm preferred

? 5 年以上的工作经验，有曾经在跨国公司 或 会计师事务所工作的经历

? CPA/CMA/ICCA Certification preferred

? 最好获得过CPA/CMA/ICCA证书
