Job Description

  • ·？？？？？？ Working with the EOL team, conduct relevant competitor and partner analysis, optimizing the current EOL solution and deliver the best product.

    ·？？？？？？ Responsible for working with PAO-DIS engineering and product management for optimizing the product for the market in China.

    ·？？？？？？ Working with the sales team

    o？？ Relationship management at the customer

    o？？ Technical Solution clarification and customer RFQ oriented.

    ·？？？？？？ Develop Solution Specifications, value stories and use cases for relevant products for review.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in EOL area of the automotive industry, familiar with EOL Diagnostic solution.
  2. 3+ years of experience with business/competitor/marketing analysis, business modeling is preferred.
  3. Must be able to understand and describe technical requirements of the workshop equipment needed to maintain transportation systems.
  4. Ability to apply solution selling techniques.
  5. Ability to define solutions by combining Bosch products, 3rd part products, OEM systems and new developments.
  6. Ability to influence decision making processes and negotiate “win-win” situations.
  7. Strong communication skills.
  8. Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  9. Process-oriented: at ease with introducing processes and drive change in an unstructured environment.
  10. Good English skills, minimum CET6
