职位描述

· Provide support for business development and attend tender interview市场开拓的支持并参与投标的面试

· Follow defined project process and system to lead and manage projects

· Responsible for the completion of projects within negotiating of contract, managing project team, controlling budgetary and scheduling, ensuring project deliverables.

· Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, execution, commissioning, inspection, handing over and warranty issues.

· Take a leadership role within the project team, and to mentor other project members as required.

· Bidding - prepare the technical document and participate the client interview, coordinate with function department to get new project 投标编制技术文件,参加业主的面试,协调相关职能部门取得新项目

· Implementation-take full responsibility for the whole process of project implementation including design, tendering, application for government approval, construction, completion, handing over and guarantee period.

· Design - coordination between client and LDI, arrange the design reviews.

· Tendering - arrange project team members to conduct the tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, bids analysis, bids negotiation

招投标 – 安排项目组成员组织招投标包括资格预审,编制及分发招标文件,现场考察,开标,答疑,评标,标书商讨

· Construction kickoff - arrange project team members to monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, facilities, communication, fence and road by contractor

施工准备 – 安排项目组成员监督承包商临时水电,排水, 设施,通讯,围墙及道路施工

· Construction - arrange project team members to manage and monitor the site activity. Coordinate among client, supervision and contractor. Ensure the project to achieve the target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance.

施工 – 安排项目组成员管理及监督现场的各项工作。协调业主,监理及承包商。确保项目达到既定的质量,进度,造价和HSE目标。

· Completion inspection - arrange project team members to coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, conduct the document filing identify. Document the key lessons and achievements.

竣工验收 – 安排项目组成员协调验收和移交工作,做好文件归档。总结经验教训。

· Based on company’s project management process, coordinate and deploy company resource in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of service and to get the client satisfaction, develop team member and PM himself through the project implementation.

· Coordinate the relationship among contractors, supervisors and client

· Draft all related project plan and project report, lead project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party.

· Inform the financial department to release the payment application based on the contract agreement, follow-up the real payment to company account

· Control the project cost according to budget

  • Majoring in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering or equivalent undergraduate or above

土建,机电或同等专业本科或以上

  • At least 8 years working experience in civil engineering, M&E engineering, in which includes at least 2 years experience working in international project management

8年以上土建,机电工程管理经验, 其中包括至少2年国际项目管理公司工作经验

  • Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction codes;

熟悉中国的HSE要求,施工规范

  • Understand China design codes and relevant law and regulation;

  • Familiarity with government approvals process;

  • Competent in both written and spoken English;

英语听说读写流利

  • Excellent computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Project, Autocad 2000 experienced.
