Position Title: Finance Manager
Location: Chongqing
Reporting to: Plant GM & China FD

Client Profile:
Our client is one of the world's leading tier 1 auto components solution providers headquartered in Spain with over 25,000 employees worldwide. The group spreads 24 countries throughout Europe, America and Asia, with 95 production centers, 13 automation engineering R & D centers. There are 49 factories in West Europe region, 9 factories in Brazil and Argentina, 8 factories in North America, 15 factories in East Europe and 14 factories in Asia. Asia-Pacific headquarter is located in Shanghai which oversees 5 plants in Kunshan, Dongguan, Shenyang, Wuhan and Chongqing.

Our client provides OEM customers with automotive metal parts and chassis parts as part of its wide range of technical fields. Technologies such as Hot stamping, Cold stamping, Roll forming, Hydroforming, Tooling, Welded Blanks, Remote Laser Welding, Patchwork Blanks, etc. In research and development, Our client pays constant attention on the reduction of body weight and increase safety and makes their products competitive in the market. At present, key automotive components made in Kunshan Plant are: A Pillar assembly, B pillar assembly, floor reinforcements, bumpers, engine hanging rack, rocker panels with steel as raw material. Our client has become a strategic supplier for well-known vehicle manufacturers in China, such as VW, GM, Ford, PSA, BMW and Mercedes Benz.

Position Summary:
- Responsible for establishing financial policies and procedures;
- Conducting its relationship with lending institutions and the financial community;
- Responsible for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends;
- Oversees the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial report.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Level of position will vary based on the size; scope; and complexity of facility;
- Develops, analyzes and interprets statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against the budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the location;
- Serves as a power user knowing the details and mechanics of the financial systems;
- Responsible for evaluating the accounting department and supervision over internal auditing cost accounting and budgetary controls;
- Directs internal controls in the financial reporting activities and management;
- Ensure to support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by outside auditors;
- Manages the general ledger activity and allocates between various corporate entities;
- Responsible for developing employees, supervisors and/or managers to increase the talent level for the facility.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting / finance or related discipline, CPA or CMA;
- 10 plus years of experience with increasing responsibility;
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience preferred;
- Proficient in costing flow, cost accumulation and allocation system in SAP;
- Skilled in analysis and data processing using EXCEL;
- Logical thinking, detail-oriented, proactive and efficient work style;
- Good skills at communication;
- Personality with Honesty
