【岗位职责】：

银行在你信用卡外额外给到你的一笔刷卡资金，供刷卡使用。由银行提供信用卡客户资源,通过银行电话外呼系统（95511）告知用户有这个银行备用金业务,不需在外出。

【薪酬福利】：

1、薪资： 底薪4150+业绩提成+福利奖金，最高可到25000，上不封顶；

2、入职签订劳动合同，并按法律规定购买社保及住房公积金

3、工作时间：9:00-18:00，大小周休假，国家法定节假日正常休息；

4、提供完善、有针对性的岗前及在岗培训（带薪培训），公平、公正、公开的晋升机会；

5、公司每年组织两次员工外出娱乐活动；

6、可以申请提供住宿，酒店式的公寓，24小时专人管理，拎包入住

招聘基本要求：

1. 普通话标准，表达流利；

2. 18-35周岁，中专及以上学历，专业不限；电销经验丰富者可放宽至中专、高中。聪明、灵活一点；

3. 熟练掌握基础的电脑操作，如打字、快捷键等；

4. 认可银行呼叫中心行业，愿意从事外呼岗位；

5. 有一定的团队意识和抗压能力，能够服从团队的安排和指导。
