RESPONSIBILITIES职位描述
1.Training培训
Collecting yearly training requirements from all departments and make the analysis
收集、分析各部门的培训需求,制定培训计划;
Assist HR Supervisor (Training) Generating annual training plan based on training needs
协助培训主管在基于培训需求上建立员工年度培训计划;
Follow up the training feedbacks and set up the keeping tracking system
跟踪实施培训计划的结果并建立跟踪系统;
Ensuring critical training plan incl. orientation trainings are completed
确保关键培训计划包括新员工入职培训的完成
Keep tracking on technical skilled employee with the on job certification and follow up in file
负责跟踪特殊工种人员证件的复审报名,培训及归档
Make the evaluation for the training course
对培训效果进行评估;
Assisting with Audits in regards to training
协助关于培训的审核;
Tracking costs of training
跟踪培训成本;
Filing Employee training records
归档员工培训记录;
Coordinating, scheduling, implementing, tracking and measuring all training courses (inside and outside)
调整,计划,执行,跟踪并且评估所有培训课程(内部和外部);
Evaluate the outside training institution and conduct internal training course
对外部培训机构进行评估并对内部培训进行指导;
Train Courses; Magna/Cosma Culture training to all employees
贯彻麦格纳卡斯马对全体员工企业文化培训。
2. Reports报告
Updating training & skill matrix and weekly/monthly/yearly training report
更新培训和技能矩阵图和周/月/年培训报告;
Generating report of training attendance and satisfaction rate by project & individuals
生成项目/个人培训出席记录和培训满意度表;
Preparing Training reports for Trainers as needed
如有需要,为培训师准备培训报告。
3. Human Resources人力资源
Coordinating and preparing employee communication meeting
协调和准备员工交流会;
Assisting Human Resources with in-house training
协助人事做好内部培训;
Other duties as required, including special projects as assigned
包括特殊项目安排的其他必需的职责。
EDUCATION/TRAINING 教育/培训
Excellent organizational skills 卓越的组织能力
Proven interpersonal, written and verbal skills 较好的人际处理,书面和口头表达能力
Experience with HR systems HR系统经验
Experience with Basic office procedures 有经验处理基本的办事程序
Knowledge of company policies & procedures 熟知公司政策和程序
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc 办公自动化尤其是EXCEL
