Job Summary

This position is responsible for supplier sourcing, performance management and contract execution within whole China region, assisting for organizing, filing and keeping agreement record upon inter-department and company requirement.

  

Key Responsibilities

  

• to find and contact reliable supplier to obtain information on product price, service coverage and delivery capabilities, etc.

• to evaluate supplier quotation according to knowledge of business and market practice and preparing comparison sheet for analysis and strategy planning.

• to maintain procurement records including term of contract, service mapping, purchased costs, etc.

• to manage vendor relationship and performance to ensure contract compliance and take action for defective or unacceptable services

• to perform thorough data collection and analysis of running contracts for cost savings opportunities.

• to interact with internal relevant stakeholders to make a proper organizing and filling for agreem         

Requirements

  

1. Minimum bachelor degree and 5 years’ cognate work experience in shipping industry.

2. Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PPT.

3. Possess excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and result driven.

4. Experience on handling multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines.

5. Fluent spoken and written English
