Job Description
? Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer projects through whole project life cycle.
? Lead the cross function & cross region team, including worldwide engineering, purchasing, quality and so on.
? Lead technical interfaces with Automotive OEM customers, , to clarify customer requirements and any open points
? Implement appropriate project management process & tools of the company to ensure all projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget with high levels of customer satisfaction.
? Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders, and timely escalation to top management.
？? Develop good customer relationship and support the business development.
？? As the information center for the product line, collect and share lessons learned and experience from different projects among team members.？
Qualifications
1.？？？？ Engineering background with bachelor or master degree, CS/EE background preferred
2.？？？？ 2 years and above experience about project management (Must); Experience about automotive diagnostic application (Preferred)
3.？？？？ Good team player and ability to develop good relationship with customer and team
4.？？？？ Result oriented and well organized to meet project goals, especially on time delivery
5.？？？？ Communication & coordination skill
6.？？？？ Good English skill on Spoken and Writen; (Must)
