职位描述
1.搭建药学和医院管理的学术交流平台,合作项目,建立诺华公司与医院尤其是重点医院,医院院长和药学人员的长期合作关系
Setting up academic exchange platforms for pharmacy and hospital manage-ment; initiating partnership projects; forming long term partnership between Novartis and presidents/pharmaceutical staff of hospitals, especially focus hos-pitals;
2.配合完成优先医院新产品进院计划,支持不同的BU
Supporting new product listing plans for priority hospitals; supporting differ-ent BUs;
3.掌握优先医院新药审批时间、药事会成员和阶段性进程等相关信息,并及时和业务队伍沟通,获取支持
Collecting information about new drug approval time, PAC members and key progresses in priority hospitals, and communicating with the business team in a timely manner for support;
4.按照公司的商业政策,配合商务团队, 推动公司产品的医院采购,维护公司产品价格体系;
Supporting Commercial Team based on the company’s commercial policies, facilitating hospital purchases of the company products, and maintaining the company’s product pricing system;
5.建立优先医院药剂科、院长大客户档案, 并随时更新;
Setting up key account profiles for pharmacies and presidents of priority hos-pitals with real-time updates;
6.在优先医院中,保持足够的大客户拜访频率,建立和维护长期关系,提高客户服务质量
Ensuring sufficient key account calls in priority hospitals, establishing and maintaining long term relations, and improving customer service;
7.及时了解医院的药品使用动态,督促商业公司及时送货,维护成熟产品和高增长产品在医院的正常使用
Understanding drug consumption status in a timely manner, urging commer-cial partners to deliver in time, keeping the consumption of mature products and high growth products on track in hospitals;
8.参与药品集中招标采购,获取评审药学专家对本公司产品的认可;对于药品集中招标采购中落标产品,联合销售、商务队伍办理备案手续,争取医院药剂科重新采购。
Supporting centralized drug bidding and procurement and winning recogni-tion of pharmaceutical panel of judges for the company products; working with the sales and commercial teams to register drugs lost in the centralized bidding and purchasing and making efforts to get them re-purchased;
9.及时、准确执行报告系统(ETMS),同时积极反馈市场信息(客户、产品、竞争对手)并汇报工作的进展,加强跨部门的沟通和合作
Execution of the reporting system (ETMS) in a timely and accurate manner; providing market intelligence (about customers, products and competitors) as well as work progress in a proactive way; strengthening cross-functional com-munication and cooperation;
10.协助总部相关管理人员及区域大客户经理对重要大客户的协同拜访,积极参与及配合总部或区域组织的各类大型活动
Assisting headquarters management and regional KA heads in important KA co-visits; active support in all kinds of large scale events hosted by the head-quarters or regions;
11.高级大客户经理、大客户经理主动帮助大客户主管、大客户专员,共同提升工作能力;帮助新入职相关人员熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统、相关政策及开展工作
Senior Key Account Manager/Key Account Manager shall proactively help KA supervisors/KA specialists to improve competencies; he/she shall also help new staff to familiarize themselves with customers, the market, the company’s reporting system, relevant policies and their daily work;
12.遵守所覆盖或拜访的医疗机构颁布的与医药企业相关人员有关的规章制度
Making sure that all work is compliant with pharmaceutical business related policies and regulations effective in the medical institutions that the Senior Key Account Manager/Key Account Manager covers
任职要求:
1.医药专业本科或以上学历;
2.相关岗位工作经验例如医药大客户管理经验、地区销售管理经验等
