职位信息：

1. 负责筹备并搭建集团公司《品牌产品素材库》；

2. 策划并拍摄集团公司所有产品相关图片，产品形象宣传图片，产品细节图片；

   3、负责对商品进行造型设计，摆拍，在视觉表达方面突出产品风格及特点；

   4、负责对拍摄图片进行后期处理，优化图片效果，包括颜色、亮度、抠图、后期合成；

   5、负责图片与实物色彩、构图、细节等方面的叫校对，包括图片保真、清晰、优质、具有直观视觉冲击力；

   6、负责指导和培训集团公司各分校业务人员基本的产品图片和视频拍摄技巧；

   7、集团公司成长历程纪录片拍摄（系统搭建）

    

   职位要求：

   　　1、大专以上学历，摄影或美术专业优先，20-39岁，不低于三年以上的产品拍摄工作经验，熟练使用photoshop等图片处理软件，有商品视频拍摄与剪辑经验者优先；

    

   　　2、扎实的摄影专业知识，精通摄影、灯光、布景、造型等摄影的各个环节，拥有创意及创新的能力和出色的审美观，能独立完成拍摄工作；

    

   　　3、掌握静物摄影相关摄影基础知识，根据产品类型合理布光，突出环境氛围和产品特色，对闪光灯和自然光结合使用也能合理把控；

    

1. 对不同焦段的镜头合理运用，熟悉各种控光器材，了解使用各种控光器材后的区别，熟练合理运用各种控光器材打造更好的视觉效果；
