职位信息：

1. 我司本着专人专岗原则，本岗位只负责公司视频素材的后期制作；

2. 见过太多企业的剪辑师招聘了，除了要您做后期外还要您干拍摄等活儿；

3. 专业、快速是我们对这个岗位最主要的要求；

4. 视觉审美能力是决定您成片速度的关键因素，喜欢大红大蓝的不要投简历；

5. 理解影视语言，根据创意脚本或文案对影片前期拍摄提出一定的见解，能独立完成后期剪辑、配乐、包装等工作；

6. 有较高的艺术修养和较好的美术基础、独特的视角，有良好的节奏感、镜头组织能力和音乐感受，对影片的主题，节奏、色彩、镜头语言等方面有很好的驾驭能力和经验；

7. 本岗位的由资深媒体人的领导直接指导，如果您是想学真本事就赶紧；

   职位要求

   年 龄：◇ 22—35岁

   学 历：◇ 大专或以上学历，影视编导专业优先。

其他：

1、熟悉非线性编辑、后期合成、音乐音效字幕、特技等技术；

2、熟练掌握一种或几种常规视频合成软件（avid,final cut pro,premiere)等；

3、熟悉MAYA、3DMax、C4D等后期相关软件；

4、有团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，能应付紧张的工作和学习。
