职位信息

1、以企业核心价值为主导，负责集团公司品牌文化的视觉呈现；

2、协助创意团队搭建集团公司旗下几大品牌VI体系（优化升级）；

3、负责集团公司品牌形象传播创新视觉体系构建的具体执行工作；

4、参与公司官方渠道和其他媒介平台的宣发工作，把握风格调性，负责相关平面、交互创意设计；

5、参与集团公司品牌营销创意策划沟通，充分理解创意意图并准确呈现平面创意广告、H5交互等各项视觉传达；

6、利用自身的行业背景和专业知识，在设计和制作上有效控制成本；

7、协助其他部门同事完成设计及美学方面工作;

8、完成领导安排的其它设计工作。

任职要求：

1、艺术、广告及相关专业毕业，三年以上相关工作经验；

2、具有良好的网页及平面设计能力，对于海报、网页、微信、微博等平面设计、H5、UI界面等各种视觉形态及色彩的搭配有着独到的设计理念和创意思维；

3、有扎实的美术功底、审美能力以及手绘创意图形表现能力，能独立完成创意、设计、完稿，最好是可以手动绘制；

4、熟练掌握Photoshop、Coreldraw、Dreamweaver、Illustrator等设计软件；

5、最最最重要的一点，您最好是一个爱好美食的“吃货”。

6、面试时建议提供足以证明您能力的经典作品。
