Job Requirements 职位描述：

Develop tesa business in new electric components market, especially in PCB, battery, camera module and etc. components industry. Geography cover in east China area market, meanwhile project support in rounding area by demand. Sales activities focus is specific supply chain to specify tesa tapes and support the project from project phase to mass production regardless of where mass production takes place.

1. Gather Identified region & segment market information and exchange information by clear & timely reporting/ email/ phone call with internal team.

2. Monitor and manage key account sales per coordinate and implement team sales objective; Be proactive and aggressive for new business development.

3. Maintain and initial Sales activities including customer relationship and technical support in the customer side, focus on identified customer base and new potential accounts development.

4. Be good communication window between customer side and tesa internal technical support side.

Job Requirements 职位要求:

1. 3 or >3 years sales experience preferably in Electronic industries, but NO tesa competitor working experience;

2. Experience in adhesive tape business is definitely an advantage, but not essential;

3. Degree or professional diploma holder, preferably in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering etc. But this is not a MUST

4. Has proven experience of developing new market and new customer independently, while being essentially a committed team player;

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Good command of Mandarin and English language.

7. Good PC (MS-office) skills
