Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1、To search and follow up projects within the areas responsible for.

   负责指定区域项目的发掘和跟踪工作；

2、Whenever a project is identified, be the owner of the project, and keep good communication and cooperation with the relative parties, designers, owners, contractors and fabricators.

   一旦确定项目后，随时与相关的设计师、业主、总包方和施工方保持紧密联系和良好合作；

3、To update projects and other sales activities in CRM in time.

   在CRM内及时更新项目跟踪记录等销售活动；

4、To update projects information and sales forecast in time.

   及时更新项目信息和销售预测；

5、To achieve sales budget within the areas responsible for.

   完成指定区域内的销售目标；

6、To assort with the project construction and production schedule; deal with the customer’s claim and provide technical service on site.

   配合协调项目施工及生产进度；解决客户投诉并提供现场技术服务。

7、In charge of market development and promotion of area.

   负责区域内的市场开发和推广；

8、Be responsible for management and development of dealers.

   负责区域内代理商的管理和开发。

 

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1、Diploma or above degree majored in Engineering or Marketing. Related architecture engineering is preferred.

   大专及以上学历，工程或市场专业毕业，相关建筑工程专业优先；

2、Able to read English;

   英语能够阅读；

3、5+ years’ working experience and at least 2 years proven successful experience in direct sales environment, architecture industry experience is definitely a plus.

   5年以上工作经验，至少2年直销成功经验，有建筑领域经验者优先；

4、Good presentation skills and able to present the company and its product confidently.

   良好的表达能力，能够自如地介绍公司及其产品；

5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mind and good team spirit.

   出色的沟通交流能力，

6、Customer oriented. Good sense of service and proactive in delighting customers.

   以客户为导向，具有良好的服务客户、满意客户的意识；

7、Honest and with highly self-conscious. Carry on in the face of setbacks.

   诚实，高度自觉，遇到挫折坚持不懈。
