Job title: Marketing Specialist, China

  

  

Location: Shanghai Minhang Overall Responsibility/工作概述:

To be responsible for Exhibitions and Visitor Promotions, promotional materials, media barters，and other designings and marketing activities.

  

Scope of Responsibilities/ 工作职责：

  

1. To supervise and monitor professional and timely completion of show materials(content / design / layout), like show brochure, show updates, show previews, invitation tickets, show daily, show guide/directory, welcome messages, show poster, Video clips etc.

2. To be responsible for advertorial drafts such as brochures, release copywriting, PR briefing, sales proposals, important messages etc.

3. To lead the website development and maintenance

4. To provide and review press releases, special articles, E-newsletters, E-invitation blast.

5. To translate the product’s introduction from Germany.

6. To design all kinds of visual displays and exhibitions inside the company.

7. Other duties upon requirements such as annual dinner and other administration assistances.

              

Qualifications/ 任职资格:

  

1. BA degree majored in Marketing / Communication / PR / Media.

2. Experienced in using PS software.

3. At least year work experience in a marketing communications role.

4. Design and layout knowledge is a plus

5. Good Chinese copywriting skills

6. Good command of both written and spoken English

7. Good timeline management and multi-tasking skills

8. Willing to learn, self-motivated and dedicated.
