•  Contribute to the identification and implementation of productivity actions (product / process) for cost reduction, in close coordination with Commodity teams负责识别及贯彻量产阶段相关成本节省措施，与集团战略采购部门紧密配合。
•  Monitor productivity performance for supplier perimeter through cross-functional teamwork in the plants under his/her responsibility (i.e. productivity committees). Present to the plants management board the productivity plan

       监视供应商的成本优化表现通过工厂的跨部门团队合作，并展示给工厂管理层相关计划。

•  Challenge Commodity Buyers to achieve the Purchasing Budget for his/her plants为达成工厂采购预算对战略采购进行协作及支持。
•   For most critical topics, support the Supply Chain team to improve supplier deviation in Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM)支持供应链团队改进按时交付率。
•  Be involved in the kick off in program phase to prepare the start of Production. Lead transfers meetings with Program Buyers at the take-over 与项目采购在量产阶段开始接手采购相关工作
•  Lead negotiation for Engineering Change Requests within his/her perimeter, and product productivity, in close relationship with commodities主导量产后的ECR价格谈判，成本优化。

Qualifications  资质要求

    

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.本科及以上，工程或者商业相关专业

  

Specialization in international purchasing or supply chain 外资企业采购或供应商经验为佳

  

Experience :

    

• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing, production, quality or sales 3年以上相关经验在采购或者产品或者质量或销售

   

 Automotive experience would be an advantage 汽车行业经验为佳

  

 Skills and competencies :  

    

•  Knowledge of production, quality and logistics熟悉 批量生产，质量，物流相关。
•  Fluent English 流利的英语（读写，熟练，口语，一般）
•  Ability to work in matrix organization  多功能小组协同合作
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通技巧
