Control internal from material to output process under manufacture, ensure output product good quality, meet quality specification and requirement of customer.

控制内部从材料输入到产品输出一系列的生产活动的情况下，确保产出的产品质量,符合质量标准以及客户要求.

主要工作职责:

1.Handle daily in site quality control to confirm raw materials and finish goods can meet specifications and customers’ request; 负责日常质量管控，确认原材料和成品符合规格要求及客户需求;

2.Incoming inspection, checking appearance of incoming materials, measuring width / thickness / adhesive and RoHS/HF with TDS, issue NCMR if any defect was detected, and involve QC supervisor or QA engineer for follow process; 进货检验，包括外观&材料厚度&料卷宽度&ROHS & HF检测 &剥离性/粘性检测检查，如果发现NCMR问题，必须告知主管和工程师参与跟踪流程；

3.In process Inspection, handle both set up checking (100% checking) and in process checking (at least 1 time each 2 hours) to ensure the quality of products in manufacturing can meet the specifications and the process is stable. If any defect was detected, issue NCMR and ask for corrective actions, involve QC supervisor or QA engineer if necessary; 过程检验，做到set up100检验，过程中至少2小时检查1次，以确保产品质量符合规格及工艺稳定。任何缺陷问题，NCMR问题，必须收集所有方案采取行动，必要时通知主管和工程师；

4.Finished goods final inspection, sampling checking finished goods with AQL, to ensure all finished good for shipping can meet specifications. If any defect was detected, reject the lot and return to production for reworking; 成品检验，抽样检查成品，确保所有成品在运输时符合规格要求。如有有缺陷，必须拒绝并退回生产重新加工；

5.Correct actions and follow up the tracking; 收集信息，跟踪处理；

6.Outgoing report or test report preparing; 负责外部报告或检测报告；

7.Understand color theory& quality tools knowledge; 了解色彩理论与质量工具知识；

8.Other jobs arranged by QC supervisor. 能完成主管安排的其他工作。

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities必备的知识、技能和能力:

1.Experience-Minimum 1 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in QA. 1年及以上相关工作经验 

2.Education- College 高中以上学历

3.Language – Both Written and spoken in English and Mandarin普通话说、写良好

4.Fimiliar with Microsoft Office具有SPC知识，熟练办公软件

5.Quick learning 快速学习

6.Relationship with boss and colleague处理好经理和同事的关系

7.Listening聆听
