Software Dev Staff Engineer – SonicWall, Shanghai

主要职责：

1. 负责网络入侵和网络攻击的研究。

2. 开发与维护入侵检测的签名、病毒检测引擎和深度包检测引擎。

3. 开发与维护模拟恶意软件、网络攻击的环境，并进行分析。

4. 研究阻止零日攻击的技术。

任职要求：

1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上开发经验。

2. 具有良好的英文沟通能力、分析解决问题的能力。

3. 精通Python、PHP或者Perl编程。

4. 精通TCP/IP协议栈和其他网络协议。

5. 熟悉Linux/Unix环境。

6.熟悉Windows内核编程与汇编语言优先考虑

7. 熟悉逆向工程(Olly、Ida pro、Hexeditor)和数据库(PostgreSQL、MongoDB)优先考虑。

SonicWall is looking for a Software Staff Engineer excited to research on latest vulnerabilities and network attacks. The Software Staff Engineer role provides challenging opportunities and ample room for critical thinking. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining SonicWall’s award winning backend products.

The position will be based in Shanghai.

Role Responsibilities:

? Research on latest vulnerabilities and network attacks.

? Develop Intrusion Prevention signatures based on threat analysis using signature description language.

? Troubleshoot and test (including automation) IPS and Gateway AV engines on firmware.

? Research new ways to improve Deep Packet Inspection engine.

? Set up IPS and Malware analysis environment for specific threats affecting Windows, Mac OSX, and Mobile OS platforms in a lab environment.

? Reverse engineer and analyze new vulnerability and malware threats.

? Develop tools to automate IPS and malware analysis tasks, simulation software and administer lab environment to replicate attacks.

? Build new technology to detect and prevent zero day attacks.

Requirements:

? Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience in network security or vulnerability research

? Strong C/C++,Python,Php,Perl programming skills with 3+ years of experience

? Strong experience with UNIX or Linux operating systems

? Experience with TCP/IP and other networking protocols

? Experience with reverse Engineering (Olly, Ida pro, Hexeditor) and Database (Postgres, MongoDB)

? Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues.

? Good communication skills in English
