Position Purpose
Be responsible for executing of assigned marketing plan and tactics that help to increase business and brand relevance for brand McDonald’s. To assist manager by contributing to the development of a tactical marketing plan for a given growth platform. Key customers include: Business Research, Menu, Operations, Accounting Center, IS, Equipment, Legal and external agencies. Principal Accountabilities In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Business Building/Execution ? Execute detailed plan and calendar to expand sales and achieve the assigned sales revenue goal ? Collection feedback from Research department of any research necessary to validate program design and marketing communications ? Work with Finance department to continuously monitor and measure effectiveness of promotions ? Feedback to manager on identifying improvement opportunities during the process of executing marketing plan for a successful implementation of the Marketing plan and calendar ? Develop comprehensive store briefs for restaurants easy to strategic execution Brand Building ? Follow McDonald’s brand promise and branding guideline to ensure consistent delivery of brand differentiation ? Assist manager in supervising external agencies and cross functional departments for seamless execution of marketing programs ? Track execution of regional and local stores marketing plan with relevant activities while promoting products and services to enhance the brand image ? Control the pre-set timeline and budget, ensure quotations are billed in time Relationships ? Cooperation with all relevant departments such as SCM, Operations, and Accounting for cooperation ? Ensure communication throughout department of progress on the activities ? Ensure seamless communication with local markets to ensure 100% field execution excellence ? Track performance and feedback of agency on event or activities execution and organization Relevant Experience & Requirement: ? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant fields ? 4+ years’ of solid brand marketing experience with multi-international FMCG brands, incl. ATL, BTL and digital experience. FMCG and retail industry experience a strong plus. ? Experience working with or for advertising agencies and vendors ? Ability to work under pressure ? Excellent oral communication and presentation skills ? Fluency in Chinese and English ? Well time management, good sense of responsibility and working attitude ? Self-starter, proactive, taking ownership
