1. Track the delivery & stocks, update the online information everyday

跟踪发货和库存，每日更新线上信息

2. Answer the phone calls about presale questions

接受售前电话咨询

3. Introduce Miele brand & products to consumers with professional manner

以专业的方式介绍美诺品牌和产品

4. Guide online customers to choose proper Miele products, handle their questions, orders or complains

为顾客选择合适的美诺产品提供咨询，回答相关问题，接受订单及处理投诉

5. Help to complete online consumer satisfaction survey

协助完成线上客户满意度调查

6. Other E-Commerce sales admins daily works

其他线上销售的日常行政工作

 

Qualification:

 

1. High consumer orientation

客户服务导向

2. Excellent communication skills

良好的沟通技巧

3. Helpfulness/focus on problem solving

乐于并专注于解决问题

4. Be patient, hard working

耐心极致，工作努力

5. Academic degree in University and College

大专以上学历

6. Working experience of sales assistant, customer service or online sales will be preferred
