职责：

1． 主导我们在中国的所有外协厂的新产品导入项目，转产地项目，产品定制化项目；

2． 我们在中国区域内的所有外协厂的制造工艺过程管理：制程验证/改善/最佳化，新制程导入；

3． 持续管理ECN和DCN我们在中国区域内所有外协厂的实施过程；

4． 持续管理我们在中国区域内所有外协厂的设备，工装，工具，备件等固定资产；

5． 制造产能管理与持续改善，在满足销售需求的前提下，持续节省制造成本；

6． 主导制造与物流过程中的成本节省项目；

7． 产品（PCBA与变频器）质量改善：失效分析，改善对策，再发防止对策；

8． MES（制造管制系统）系统管理：新生产线导入，MES系统改善，制造过程控制，等等；

9． 运营过程管理：建立与优化制造工程，质量，计划，物流等工作流程与体系。

要求：

1． 具备至少两年扎实深入的PCBA工艺工程工作经验；

2． 优先考虑有从事变频器制造工作经验者；

3． 具备良好的问题分析逻辑思维能力；

4． 具备良好的项目管理或专案管理能力；

5． 具备良好的团队合作能力；

6． 具备熟练的英语口语与书面的交流能力

学历：

本科及其以上学历（工科类）

Key Responsibilities:
Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) project, product transferring project, product customization project in all subcontractors in China
Manufacturing process management in all subcontractors in China: process verification, process improvement, process optimization, process innovation, etc.
Implement ECN and DCN in subcontractors and lead continuous management
Machine, tooling, fixtures and spare parts management in all subcontractors
Manufacturing capacity management and continuous improvement, which contributes to sales demand and manufacturing cost.
Lead cost saving projects in manufacturing process and delivery
Product (PCBA and Drive) quality improvement: failure analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions
Manufacturing system (MES) management: implement into new production line, system improvement, production control, etc.
Operation process management: establish and optimize working flow and instructions for manufacturing engineering, quality, planning and logistics


Competency:
No less than 2 years or solid experience in process engineering in PCBA manufacturing
Desired if with experience in drive (inverter, or frequency converter) manufacturing
Good logic in problem analysis
Good project management skills
Good team work player
Good communication in both oral and written English
Education desired
Bachelor's degree in engineering or above
