职位描述
Responsibilities
1. For the assigned accounts, maintain good service related in order fultilment.
2. Focus on design-in effort. Develop the topics with customers from engineering and purchasing, logistics, and create/find the new opportunities from the topics.
3. Identify customer needs, promote the existing Lear T&C product family or drive the internal resource to provide appropriate solutions to realize the opportunity.
4. Drive and take lead in the design-in activities.
5. Deeply study and understand customer’s sales strategy, technology trend, product roadmap…. And formulate the appropriate business plan with sales strategy and new product/product families.
6. Gather the information of the industry and the competitors, and work with division to kick off new products to increase the market share.
7. Organize and manage regular customer visits.
8. Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on all technical-related topics concerning Lear T&C products and solutions.
9. Assess technical complaints from customers and problem-solve with new components or solutions to these issues. 10. Identify the key persons and develop a network of contacts within the customer organization from Engineering, Project Management, R&D, Procurement etc.
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above in business/automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering
At least 5+ years working experience as Sales or FAE/Product engineer in Automotive Industry (Tier X)
Knowledge of connector or worked in connector related markets will be preferred.
Good commercial understanding and skills, if not engineering degree, then good technical skills and understanding
Boast of deep insight in market and strong analytical ability
Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
Good Microsoft office skills
