Job Description

1. Understand the government regulations, automotive industry road map and market trend and transfer to AA-AS CN organization;

2. Identify the value chain of target market / customer segment, understanding purchasing behavior and decision-making;

3. Visit the important suppliers, partners, customers to know their needs;

4. Evolving business model and service offerings around state of the art diagnostics, repair & maintenance, innovative IT solutions and vocational education.

5. Formulate cross-functional project team, drive new business implementation;

6. Lead the project team to define goals, plans and business activities and monitor closely for project implementation.

Qualifications

？

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Deep knowledge in "Parts, Diagnostics, Workshop Services"

3. Proven track record of minimum 10 plus years of relevant experience in sales or development in the relevant industry experience;

4. Strong ability in market research, analysis and forecast, good management ability;

5. Strong communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations;

6. Strong interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills, ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels of the organizations.

7. Fluent English both spoken and written
