工作职责/ Responsibilities:

1. 负责放大工艺的潜在传热、搅拌、排气问题的筛选评估。
2. 与工艺开发人员共同查找工艺问题的原因，设计实验收集数据，验证猜想。
3. 负责项目工艺开发过程中特定过程的化工计算。
4. 与客户工程师沟通，保障项目顺利进行。
5. 用于化工计算的工艺设备参数管理。

1. Incharge of the screening evaluation of scale up processes, including heattransfer, mixing, gas venting.
2. Seekingthe causes of process problems together with the chemists, design experimentand collect data, validate the guessing.
3. Incharge of the chemical engineering evaluations for specified processdevelopment.
4. Keepgood communication with the engineers from the client, ensure the project runsmoothly.
5. Managethe information of equipment used for chemical calculations.
   

任职要求/ Basic Requirements:

1、熟悉化学工艺从实验室到车间转移时的注意事项，并能通过实验室数据计算评估放大生产时的工艺条件，例如：由反应放热数据和车间反应器的传热参数计算放大生产时换热能力能否满足工艺条件、由实验室反应器的几何尺寸&反应体系性质&搅拌类型&搅拌转速等计算放大生产时的搅拌效果是否与实验室一致、溶剂置换过程模拟计算、结晶过程控制、过滤过程收集实验参数评估放大生产的过滤效果，等。

2、英语6级以上，能与国内外客户流利沟通。

3、有使用VisiMix和DynoChem经验的优先。

1、Familiarwith the tech transfer of chemical process from lab scale to pilot plant orplant level, have the knowledge or experience to evaluate/calculate the processconditions based on the lab experiment data. For example: calculate andevaluate the heat transfer based on the reaction calorimetry data and equipmentparameters; evaluate the mixing for lab scale and plant scale; solvent swapevaluation (evaporation); control of crystallization process; filtrationevaluation based lab experimental data, etc;

2、Speak English and Chinese.

3、Itis better if have knowledge of VisiMix and DynoChem.
