Mortgage Business Development Manager

Job Descriptions
· Plays a vital role in the planning, development, communication and implementation of the ANZ China growth strategy
· Takes responsibility for the "cross sales culture" within ANZ China and collaborating with the B.U's in order to analyse their customer base and identify opportunities for cross sell
· Works with the ANZ China business units on specific transactions when necessary, assists in formulating solutions and drives the sale of these solutions to customers
· Takes an active role in developing a newly selected customer relationship and plays a lead role in developing and maintaining relationships within the community (eg. those with Embassies, Consulates, Chambers of Commerce and other business groups)
· Helps to formulate the ANZ China Business Development budget and also to ensures the proper usage of the budget
· Helps to promote the "ANZ China Brand" within the ANZ Group
· Ensures consistent and proper use of the ANZ brand
· Pro-actively manages sponsorships, promotional and community based charity initiatives for ANZ China including advertising and communications
· Maintains and manages the ANZ China customer/contact database
· Takes responsibility for business development pipeline reporting and other regular circulars
· Immediate escalation of any transactions or situations that the senior management should be reasonably aware of (eg.customer disputes conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result a loss to ANZ)
· Maintains an updated knowledge of CBRC/PBOC and SAFE regulations

Requirements

· A degree in accounting/finance
· Preferably English speaking candidates
· At least 5 years of working experience in the banking institutions
· Mortgage sales and marketing experiences are required
· Experienced working with native English speakers
