• Take the complete purchasing responsibility especially for timing and budget control for assigned projects.

• Keep the projects going on with timely delivery and good quality requirement.

• Support to solve purchasing related issue between CMC & plant.

• Take lead to follow up ECR status & supplier capacity issue after project SOP.

• Manage plant VAVE activities and work together with plant VAVE team to make sure the progress on time.

• Manage plant MRO activities.

• Teach, encourage and review activities of the buyers in your team, to grant a consistent department grow

• Weekly/monthly report plant purchasing activities to CMC IPD.

• Finds inefficiencies in our work processes and initiate improvements.

Works independently to prioritize tasks and plans the activities.
