1、负责银行网点关系的维护，与银行各层级进行沟通、协调，保证银保业务的顺畅进行；

2、负责网点的销售技能以及产品等培训、协助辅导管辖网点的银行销售人员，按时达成业务及考核指标；

3、收集网点信息、检视网点经营效果和业务风险，及时上报并落实改善措施；

4、负责及时收集并反馈市场情况，辅助公司和团队做好调研工作；

5负责网点各项配套服务工作，包括单证资料的配送、收集及初审；

6、完成公司交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1、应届毕业生；

2、学习能力强、责任心强；

3、热爱销售工作，认同银行保险业务；

4、语言表达能力好，具备较强的沟通、协调、公关能力，具有进取精神、服务精神；

5、金融、法律、管理和相关专业本科以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专。
