The Position

- Manage an effective internal and outsourced facility service team, lead the facility engineer and technician to implement maintenance of the buildings, include: electricity, HVAC, compressed air, high pressure gas supply, office furniture, etc.

- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Facility Management (incl. maintenance and project) and align with global SHE & Security policies to ensure the implementation of the SOP in the organization.

- Play the leading role in rebuilding / renovation projects to ensure the technical issues and problems are addressed timely; proactively work with Procurement, IT team and suppliers to ensure the efficient operation of the project.

- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Engineering, Chemistry or Biology, etc. Specialized training in health, safety, environmental areas, and recognized certifications are preferred.

- +7 years working experience in Facility Management and +5 years in SHE & Security in MNC with more than 3 years management experience. Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D industry is preferred.

- Familiar with local statutory regulations and have good influencing skill to work with local authorities .

- Possess adequate knowledge of project management for rebuilding / renovations.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Excellent English in both verbal and written.

- People management and leadership skill
