岗位职责：

1、负责百度、360搜索推广管理与执行， 管理竞价帐户及竞价广告后台；

2、负责竞价广告管理与分析，广告帐户日常监控，灵活控制推广力度和资金投入，提高投资回报率；

3、统计每日的消费、流量，负责关键字的分析、 优选和投放，创意，标题以及撰写工作； 

4、实时关注广告效果报告，根据相应的搜索引擎，同行竞价排名实时调价；

5、总结排名规律及有效评估，进行数据分析，评估关键词质量，提出关键词优化方案； 

6、推广帐户的充值、续费、新增等管理工作。 

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，1年以上竞价工作经验； 

2、熟悉竞价原理、后台及工作模式，精通账户结构优化、关键词选择、关键词创意撰写、关键词排名监控； 

3、能总结竞价排名规律，对竞价关键词进行整理和数据分析，能有效的对其进行评估；

4、熟悉百度竞价后台，能独立完成百度帐户的管理与维护，及其帐户的优化。
