岗位职责：

1.Release Spot order and SA according to customer launch plan and production plan timely;

及时释放现场计划并根据客户的生产计划和排产计划制定SA

2.Follow the “Delivery Schedule" according the order quantity and delivery date to satisfy production planning;

根据订单质量和交货时间及时跟踪供应商以保证生产需求

3. Adjust the order and forecast based on inventory and customer demand. Give an alarm to all relevant person for risky materials

根据最新的库存和客户需求调整订单和物料计划，对风险材料给予相关人员预警

4. Because of supplier reason cause the production is stopped or effect the finished part delivery, coordinate with related person to release the complains and cost claim to supplier

因为供应商的原因导致生产停止或影响部分产品的交付,应与相关人员协调解决投诉并向供应商索赔成本

5. Do Min/Max control, the Max stock for local supplier don't exceed 2 days, and 10 days for Non-local supplier; the Min stock for local supplier don't under 0.5 days and 5 days for other provinces

控制最高和最低产量计划，本地供应商库存最高不超过两天最低不低于半天，外地供应商最高不超过10天最低不低于5天。

6. Adjust the Min/Max definition according to newest inventory and customer demand，Control the switch material inventory

根据客户的需求和最新库存调整最高最低产量计划，控制变换物料库存

7. Check the relevant data correctly, Check stock data correctly, Check if supplier delivery quantity is consistent with our received quantity，analysis the differences reasons

检查确认库存等相关数据是否准确，检查供应商交付质量是否与我们收到一致，如不一致分析原因

8. Do the payment request in time

及时处理付款需求

9. Maintain the MRP basic date in time and complete the system test

及时维护MRP基础数据并完成系统测试

10. Support supplier create the supply on authority and maintain the basic date

对供应商的供应工作给予支持并维护基本信息

11. Complete other tasks which is assigned by manager and others director

完成领导交代的其他工作

12. Keep good communication with suppliers and colleagues

保持与供应商和同事的良好沟通

13. Responsible for identification, management and implementation for the environmental health and safety issues of the position EHS and TS system operator

负责识别、管理和实施环境健康和安全问题的现场的EHS和TS系统操作员

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree and above, majoring in logistics or related major

本科学历以上，物流管理及相关专业优先

2. More than 3 years' production or logistics working experience in automotive industry

3年以上物料计划经验，汽车行业优先

3. Solid logistic and material planning process control skills

扎实的物流管理和物料计划控制技能

4. Minimum bilingual, Good command of English

良好的中英文沟通能力，

5. Practical operation experience of ERP system, Familiar with SAP is preferred

熟练操作ERP信息系统，最好掌握SAP信息系统

6. With the ISO/TS 16949 Quality System or related training background

有ISO/TS16949质量体系培训和相关培训背景

7. Responsible, diligent, efficient and proactive
