岗位职责：

1、负责协助总经理完成年度预算；

- 全面负责分公司销售业务，组织执行销售策略及新业务领域的开发；

- 根据客户需求，结合公司产品情况，协助总经理制定有效运营方案，完善运营，确保完成客户考核指标；

- 协助总经理对销售方案进行优化和创新，并执行销售岗kpi考核和业务工作流程；

- 前瞻性地了解国际物流市场走势和变化,搜集市场信息和竞争对手动向,进行针对性市场分析和调研,并汇总提交销售报告和业务建议；

2、客户管理

- 维护与客户良好的合作关系，确保保持长期稳定的业务关系；

- 时刻关注并满足客户需求，结合公司的发展，扩大与客户的区域合作范围；

- 对新客户进行信息收集、拜访、提出解决方案；

- 完成领导交办的其它相关事宜。

3、任职资格

- 国际物流或贸易相关专业毕业，熟练国际物流基本流程；

- 英语；基础的听说读写好，口语佳以及有相关工作经验者优先

- 有团队合作精神，责任心强，忠职爱业，具有较强的职业素养。
