工作职责描述：

1. 根据项目主计划制定产品软件开发计划，跟进软件开发计划的执行过程。

2. 客户需求和问题的沟通及管理。

3. 与PM、硬件、测试、生产等部门的沟通和协调

4. 及时发现项目主要问题点，制定和跟进解决计划。确保软件能够按期保质保量的交付

资历技能要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，有较好的沟通和学习能力

2. 英语听说流利，可以使用英语在电话会议和面对面交流中与客户正常讨论问题

3. 具有合作精神，可以跟研发和公司内部其它部门无障碍沟通、

4. 5年以上工作经验，有手机项目管理经验优先
