Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Support Country HR Manager in the daily HR operations covering performance management, reward review, payroll and employee life cycle, ensuring that the HR plan is delivered consistently, and in line with best practice/legal requirements.
协助华西区人力资源经理处理日常人力资源操作业务,包括绩效管理、薪资评核、工资、员工用工周期管理,确保人力资源计划的执行符合***实践范例和法务要求。
- Support the Country HR Manager in addressing enquiries on all HR related matters for a specific client group and positively influence business objectives.
协助华西区人力资源经理处理指定业务群体中的人力资源相关的问题,并积极地影响业务目标。
- Manage and maintain employee data in HR system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
管理和维护人事系统中的员工数据,确保准确性和一致性
- Participate along with the Arcadis HR Team in HR projects and change initiatives, not limited to Business Blueprint Project - compensation & benefits harmonization, performance management system, new ARCADIS way of working, HR processes reengineering and transformation, HR policy design and Oracle implementation.
与凯谛思人力资源团队共同参与执行各项目,包括但不限于Business Blueprint、薪酬福利整合、绩效管理、全新Arcadis Way、人力资源流程变更、人力资源政策设计、更以及Oracle上线等项目
- Work closely Country HR Manager to provide support in international mobility and staff relocation including relocation support
协助华西区人力资源经理,为国际派遣、国内调动提供包括relocation支持方面的服务。
- Be HR agent to specific business unit, provide reliable HR advice on local employment legislation, HR policies & procedures to the employees, collect employee’ feedbacks and manage changes
作为指定业务单元的人力资源代理人,为员工提供关于本地劳动法法律法规、公司政策规定和流程方面的专业可靠的建议,收集员工反馈,并支持变革管理。
- Manage the vendor and process, to deliver general HR service, including, but not limited to work permit / residence permit / Hukou, New Employee registration, exit process, Health Check in a timely and proactive manner, to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
管理承包商以及相应的服务流程,提供及时有效的人力资源服务,包括但不限于外籍员工就业证、居留许可,中国员工居住证积分及户口,员工用工和退工手续,年度体检等。确保合规和成本效率。
- Responsible for kinds of HR reporting in a proactive and accurate manner, including but limited to Employee Master File, Rate Card, Exit record / analysis, Headcount Report, Holiday provision
及时准确地制作各人事报表,包括但不限于员工花名册、Rate Card、离职记录及分析、Headcount报表、年假统计等。
- Support the administration of key employee engagement initiates (i.e. annual employee engagement survey).
支持对重点员工的敬业度管理(即年度员工敬业度调查)
- Working closely with Centres of Expertise such as Learning & Development and Recruitment & Resourcing, to provide a wide range of HR Services to stakeholders.
与COE团队(如招聘、学习发展)配合,为利益相关者提供各方面的人力资源服务
- Assist the Country HR Manager in additional ad hoc projects and duties as required.

- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

- At least 5 years or above working experience with more than 3 years’ experience working in a MNC organization, preferably from a diversity culture environment
