职位描述
Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR related functions (C&B, Recruitment, and Training) in automotive industry or manufacturing plant in MNE.
1. Labor relations expertise, good communicator, team leader, results oriented; fluent oral and written English.
2. Professional recruitment skills, hands on payroll administration.
3. Demonstrated team work spirits and potential leadership ability.
4. Familiar with local labor law and regulations;Familiar with payment regulation.
Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for recruitment and budget control for new employee hiring; Conducts 1st interviews to applicants to identify and determine capabilities prior to required dept. and HR Manager. Ensures registration for recruitment of new employees to government agencies
2.Set up payroll calculation system and responsible for monthly payroll administration and release.
3.Liaises with all external government and/or private agencies in dealing with employee benefits/government statutory social insurance. Ensures all raised concerns are facilitated immediately.
4.Make job offers to potential candidates for salaried positions except for those of managerial positions based on confirmed salary proof/health check and reference check result. Prepare notice to related Administration colleague for on board arrangement.
5.Develop new employee orientation material and conduct orientation to new comers.
6.Timely preparation of Lear RHQ HR and plant Finance dept. required reports for the plant and other related reports.
7.Employee contract drafting and registration in government. Sign contract with new employees on behalf of new plant upon business license ready.
8.Set up employee database in PeopleSoft system , maintain and regularly update for RHQ required download reports
9.Acting as SOX HR part Leader, organize correction of current process based on SOX requirement.
10.Other tasks assigned by senior management
(Base in Shanghai at the beginning, and then will go to work in Changshu new plant around 2013)
