Key Tasks & Responsibilities
? Working with Sales teams, provide technical knowledge and knowhow, support sales team to exceed sales plan.
? Understand the market and competitive landscape within the region. Summarize addressable market opportunity with strategy to focus on most attractive segments.
? From training in the factory learn how to effectively position Faster products in a convincing manner to differentiate Faster from the competition.
? Develop customers in various application areas to act as reference.
? Become key member of global applications and support team to enable sharing knowledge and sales strategies with other regions.
Key Competencies (includes skills)
? Presentation skills: Is an accomplished speaker/presenter capable of instilling excitement & enthusiasm; can clearly explain complex topics.
? Strong understanding/empathy with different audience needs, target markets & cultures.
? Possess a “can do” attitude with the necessary tenacity to achieve results.
? Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
? Good interpersonal skill and competitive personality with a will to win.
Education background/ work background:
教育背景/工作背景:
1. College degree or above, Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
大专以上学历，工科优先。
2. Excellent written and verbal skill in English, good computer operation skills, s.
良好的英语听说读写能力及计算机操作技能。
3.3 years or above working experience in relevant industry of Hydraulic piping & connection is preferred.
3年以上工作经验，液压连接件相关行业优先。
