In the position you will:
? Co-ordinate annual salary surveys, and support data submission and do follow up analysis.
? Support annual merit increase review cycle, one IKEA bonus, etc. and assist with the general administration of these annual HR yearly cycle processes, as well as the co-ordination with local BU HRs.
? Handle annual budgeting process by getting insights from external market and make suggestion and communication with all BUs.
? Implement related HR policies, ensuring compliance with both group guideline and local labor law.
? Support IKEA's core benefits programs review and renewal processes (e.g. commercial insurance, medical check-up, supplementary penstion, long service award, etc.) and assist in regular and ad hoc benefits surveys.
? Partner with C&B manager to continuously improve IKEA total rewards package to contribute to IKEA Y2030 ambitions through new benefits projects delivery, etc.
? Review and update the benefits communication materials.
? Support external vendor management via bidding and contract processes.
? Other ad hoc assignments from C&B manager.
You have…
? Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business administration will be a plus
? Good Knowledge of Chinese local laws, regulations and practices.
? High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applicants.
