Primary Goals:
ME engineer is responsible for new program process design, production line build & ensure launch smoothly. Leading new program Facility &Jig &Carts development on time, Focus on new program trial and scrap rate control. Push Process continuous improvement.
ME工程师主要负责新项目生产过程设计,生产线的建立以及确保新项目顺利量产。主导新项目设备,工装,夹具的开发,专注于新项目的调试以及过程报废率的控制,推动过程持续改善。
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead new project process design and management.
新项目工艺设计和管理
New project production line be built and management.
新项目生产线的创建和管理
Leading new program Facility &Jig &Carts development and outsourced
主导新项目设备,工装,夹具,料车 的开发和转包。
MBOM build and maintenance.
MBOM建立和维护。
Process flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan related document making and management
过程流程图,PFMEA,控制计划相关的文件制作以及管理
Make and update capacity report
制作与更新产能报告
Make original WI & M/C checklist
制作初始版本的作业指导书以及检查表
Release new program raw material PR,
释放新项目调试阶段的原材料采购申请。
Leading new program internal try-out, and process issue improve
主导新项目调试以及过程问题的改善。
Leading new program scrap rate control
主导新项目开发过程中的报废率控制
New program customer issue control during safe launch plan (SOP+90day) .
新项目SLP量产+90天内,客户反馈过程质量问题控制。
Support related audit on side
支持相关的现场审核
Plant Layout management optimizing
工厂布局管理与优化
C/T analyze , M/C& process Capacity study.
节拍与工时分析,设备与过程产能研究
Process continuous improvement.

Built SAP master data
建立SAP主数据
Make new program investment and labor minutes for quotation.
负责制作新项目的投资与工时,用于报价
Provide new program gate review data.
提供新项目各开发阶段相关数据。
New program Launch cost (trial material cost)and CAPEX control.
新项目调试费以及固定资产控制.
Provide production technical support
提供生产相关的技术支持
Other duties assigned by ME supervisor and management.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree学士学位
Engineering background工科背景,机械或自动化相关专业
Required Skills and Experience:
Mechanical or industrial automation major
机械或自动化相关专业
Related manufacture& process manage experience, above 2 years
有汽车生产制造与工艺管理相关工作经验,2年以上。
Related experience priority at HVAC and Heat exchange product.
有空调箱以及热交换产品制造经验优先
Familiar with TS16949
熟悉TS16949
Can read engineer drawings
能够阅读工程图纸
Can use CAD software
