职位描述：
Position Summary
Manufacturing Engineers implement optimal operational processes for the production of fuel tanks or any other car parts. They must maintain the manufacturing processes involved in the production of steel fuel tanks or any other part by implementing the APQP framework (Advanced Product Quality Planning).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes of the production department on all work shifts,
? Enforce operational parameters and methods regarding welding process tooling and equipment,
? Produce validation reports based on results from pre-established testing plans,
? Implement control systems and reaction plans for the Production staff (for example: SPC, monitoring),
? Supervise the Maintenance team to upkeep production processes parameters,
? Improve upon production equipment sturdiness (jointly with Production and Maintenance teams),
? Manage the qualification and validation regarding process tooling and equipment,
? Participate in documenting service processes (replacement parts listings, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting guide, etc.)
? Participate in the writing of work procedures instructions,
? Ensure process conformity according to applicable standards,
? Keep the plant plans updated,
? Stay up-to-date on technological developments about manufacturing processes, standards and control methods.


COMPETENCIES PROFILE

Qualification Requirements
? Assembly processes for sheet metal forming,
? Various welding processes (MIG, resistance welding, arc welding)
? Problem-solving methods (8D, 6 Sigma, 5 Whys, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.),
? APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) development processes,
? Software: Autocad and/or Solidworks, Microsoft Office suite,
? Mandatory bilingualism (English and Mandarin).

Education and Affiliation
? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
? Available for business travel,
? Eligible to obtain the required authorizations to travel outside China.

Experience Requirements
？ At least 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or plant engineering.
