Responsibilities
1.Make sure the finished goods conform to our technique standard;
2.Establish and maintain the quality plan and inspection instructions/cp on the production line;
3.Improve our product quality continuously from the view of quality system;
4.Coordinate other departments to solve the quality problem on the production line;
5.Coach and lead line inspectors;
6.Evaluate inspectors’ performance ;
7.Qualify and approve new benches and /jigs or production process;
8.Make sure PPM of the product in charge under the required level ;
9.Request to have and follow up the corrective action request concerning the product in charge.
10.Investigate the complaint of customer, and confirm who is the responsible department and then issue NC or CAR to them.
11.Discuss the containment action and temporary corrective actions with related department and feed back to customer quickly.
12.Be responsible to follow up the responsible department provides the long term correction and confirm if it is efficient .
13.Write the 8D report and feedback to customer according to the corrective action provided by responsible department.
14.Investigate critical complaint on customer site
15.Lead people to deal with the nonconformity products on customer site.
16.Write down the quantity of rejected products on customer site and inform customer service department to deal with.
17.Be responsible to harmonize related department to satisfying the requirement of customer.(for example: documents , sample and specification etc.)
18.Collect & analysis quality data from customer, and hold the meeting to discuss the corrective action with the related department to improve quality of product stand on customer position.
19.Visit customer and maintain the customer relationship.
20.Contact the customer to get the performance and analysis.
21.Register and manage the OKM returned parts and warranty parts and contact CQE to do analysis work, and make report.
22.Manage customer web
Qualification
1.At least 3 years experience in manufacturing quality, customer service;
2.Familiar with the quality tools etc. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC、6 Sigma;
3.Strong problem solving skills and methodology, such as 8D, 5WHY;
4.Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure;
5.Positive thinking / working style;
6.Good written and spoken English.
7.College or above degree of Engineering or Science. or very good experience in quality control
