In the position you will:
? Timely follow up and monthly summarize the requests and complaints received by receptionist and office service public mailbox (“OFSH”)
? Be responsible for onsite service (soft service) vendor management, such as KPI measurement, floor spot check, monthly insurance check and overtime management.
? Be responsible for office service relevant contract management, such as contract renewal, bidding, and so on…
? Monthly check, registration and reconciliation of the PRY operation costs
? Monthly check and analyze office TT315+/- (office withdrawal) costs
? Office service relevant invoice check and payment application
? Company SIM card application and cancelation
? Relevant documentation work
You have…
? At least 2 years admin working experiences
? Effective verbal and listening communication skills
? Good service mindset
? Good English speaking
