职位描述：
1. Set up and improve the safety production, organize safety patrol, rectify and reform safety hazard; Organization safety evaluation of the field conduct behavior, explain the best example through effective communication with employees, establish and maintain the site safety and 5S. 建立和完善安全生产、组织安全巡视，并就安全隐患进行整改；组织现场实施行为安全评估工作，通过与员工有效地交流，讲解最好的范例，建立并维持现场的安全和5S。
2. Responsible for production plan review and organize the implementation of the production according to production plan, coordinate all aspects of the production process, ensure to complete production plan effectively and timely, responsible for production quantity, quality, progress, labor, safety, efficiency, payment and production cost. 负责生产计划的审核和按生产计划组织实施生产，协调生产过程中的各个环节，确保有效、及时地完成生产计划，并对生产数量、质量、进度、人工、安全、效率、支付及生产成本负责。
3. Execute company's quality policy and quality work plan, directs the work of production department according to the company's QOS system, review production quality management system, organize and implement the production according to the requirements of process files, ensure that employees comply with process system and quality management system. To ensure the factors which can affect the quality in the production process is under control, and constantly improve the quality of products. 贯彻执行公司下达的质量方针和质量工作计划，以公司的QOS系统领导生产部的工作，审核生产质量管理制度，按工艺文件要求组织实施生产，保证部门员工遵守工艺制度和质量管理制度。确保生产过程中影响质量的因素处于受控状态，并不断提高产品质量。
4. Control the products, raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensure smooth logistics, eliminate unnecessary inventory backlog, and control The DOH is in the range of company's target. 控制在制品、原材料及成品库存量，确保物流畅通，杜绝不必要的库存积压，将DOH控制在公司目标范围内。
5. To support the production activities of new projects, ensure all the manufacturing processes to meet requirements. 支持新项目的投产活动，确保所有的制造环节满足要求。
6. Carry out the daily cleaning, maintenance and repair for equipments and mould according to the TPM of company, and strictly implement the system of the acceptance, makeing device and clamp mold are all in good control, to make equipment and clamp mold meet the production requirements of the product. 根据公司TPM要求组织落实设备、夹模具的日常清洁、维护和修理工作，并严格执行验收制度，使设备、夹模具处于良好的受控状态，使设备、夹模具满足产品的生产需要。
7. Support the process engineer and ensure that all processes have accurate standard time, and regularly review and update. Regularly review the utilization rate of equipment and tooling, face the "bottleneck" in a right way, formulate corresponding plan of action. 支持工艺工程师并确保所有工序都有准确的标准时间,并定期回顾和更新。定期回顾设备和工装的利用率,正视”瓶颈”,制定相应的行动计划。
8. Monitor the 6S in production sites, supervise Fixed Location Management (equipment, tooling, mould, fixture, parts stand and racks, etc.), Ensure good production environment, promote the 6S continuously. 监控生产现场的6S工作，监督实施定置管理（设备、工装、模具、检具、工位器具等），确保良好的生产环境，持续推进6S。
9. Make production capacity analysis of the coming three months according to the customer's monthly sales plan, configure appropriate operating personnel and production equipment according to the analysis results and company index, continually optimize the production efficiency and equipment utilization rate to reduce the production cost and eusure the delivery. 根据顾客销售计划进行未来三月的生产能力分析，根据分析结果和公司指标配置适当的操作人员及生产设备，在不断优化生产效率及设备利用率从而在降低生产成本的基础上保证交付。
10. Organize and promote effectively the construction work of the class. 组织并有效推进班组建设工作。
11. Establish and improve production management system, monitor the cost of inventory (raw materials, products, finished products, etc.), ensure first in first out, product identification and traceability. Ensure the authenticity, completeness, correctness and optimization of all original records. 建立、健全生产管理制度，监控库存（原材料、在制品、成品等）成本，确保先进先出、产品标识和可追溯性。保证所有原始记录的真实性、完整性、正确性，并不断优化。
12. Responsible for the implementation of site management according to the requirements of TS16949 and ISO14001. 负责按照TS16949、ISO14001的要求组织实施现场管理。。
13. Responsible for the occupational safety and health of employees. 对本单位员工的职业安全卫生负全面责任。
14. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上级领导交付的任务。
