职位描述：
一．工作综述（General description）
This is a sales development position within Brady China, reporting to the regional sales manager, the incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue channeled through distributor companies. This position’s key activity will directly contribute to sales growth, marketing development and distribution channel development for the industrial markets in the assigned areas.
该职位为销售职位，向贝迪区域销售经理汇报。职责范围包括通过发展代理商渠道和开发大型终端客户，在负责区域内推广贝迪产品和应用解决方案。主要任务是在指定区域内业务拓展、市场发展和渠道拓展。

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）
1.Overall sales revenue growth in defined region and industrial sales growth
指定区域和行业的销售增长
2.Execution of Business plan for responsible regional development
执行指定区域的业务拓展计划
3.Develop customer service and satisfaction
提高客户服务和客户满意度
4.New customer development
新客户开发
5.Channel training and development
代理商培训和发展

三．所需资格条件（Qualifications）
1.Bachelor degree in any disciplines
大学本科学历
2.Minimum 3year’s sales experience in industrial market
3年以上工业市场销售经历
3.Experience with Power, Petro-Chemical or Military industry would be preferred.
有电力、石油化工、军工行业或者标签产品销售经验优先。
4.Channel development experience would be preferred
有渠道管理经验优先
5.Self-discipline, work independently
自我约束及独立工作能力强
6.Familiar with Large Industrial Development Zone
熟悉大型工业开发区
7.Outdoor work and travelling is required
需要经常区域内出差
