1、本科以上学历，汽车工程、机械或力学相关专业，有较好的力学基础
      2、有从事相关汽车行业3年以上工作经验；
      3、熟悉汽车安全性能法规；具备整车碰撞分析经验, 能够独立完成碰撞模型搭建和求解；
      4、具备一定的英语听说读写能力，英语口语优秀优先；
      5、工作主动，有团队精神。
      6、按工作要求建立碰撞模型；进行碰撞分析并解决出现的问题；
      7、解读分析结果（包括与试验结果的比较），为设计提出改进意见，形成书面文件；
      8、总结工作中的经验，写成书面材料。
工作内容：
     1、 前后处理软件：HyperWorks/ANSA/Oasys；
     2、 计算软件：Ls-Dyna/Radioss /Pamcrash；
     3 、整车碰撞模型组装；
     4、 国标/欧标/美标的正碰/偏置碰/侧碰/柱碰等结构分析及优化方案制定验算；
     5、 国标/欧标/美标的行人保护(头部/小腿/大腿)分析及优化方案制定验算。 前后处理软件：HyperWorks/ANSA/Oasys；
